The School of Engineering is a leader in training, research, and innovation in the field of engineering and appropriate technology. The school has qualified and experienced engineers to drive its agenda of training and empowering budding engineers. The school is equipped with state of art facilities to produce high-quality artisan, craft and diploma engineers. Our trainees are appropriately trained to produce solutions to engineering challenges facing our society. The school offers lucrative engineering technical programs in diploma, certificate, artisan and ready to deploy micro-skilling courses that are open to those who want to get practical hands-on skills in the field of engineering. The School of Engineering is acutely aware that the 21st Century engineers require more than technical skills, we inculcate in our trainees the need to understand the social and economic impact of their work, the ability to market their innovations, and the profound benefits of working in teams. Our graduates are sufficiently grounded with engineering theoretical foundations and hands-on experience through industry collaborations. The school has three departments namely: Electrical & Electronics Engineering; Mechanical, Automotive & Marine Engineering; and Civil & Building Technology.
